Cavell Street is a recent scheme developed with Sheppard Robson Architects to provide a green environment at roof level for both affordable and market rate residents. The roof level landscape would accommodate play areas, an outdoor gym with climbing wall, seating areas and wind baffles to help mitigate the effects of the wind for the 35 storey building. Gren facade elements have also been incorporated into parts of the building and to private terraces.
